In the sidebar, open **Marketing**, then **Reviews**. The page address is `/settings/org/reviews`. The first section is **Where reviews go**.

## Before you start

- Your role needs permission to manage your online presence or organization settings to add or change places. Everyone with access to the page can read them.
- Have the review link ready. For Google, that is the "write a review" link from your Business Profile. If you only have your page link, Nova fills in the review link for some platforms from it.
- The same list of places feeds the footer of your emails under General settings, so a place you add here can show there too.

## Steps

1. Press **Add a review link** (or **Add or edit places** once you have some). The drawer **Places customers can review you** opens.
2. Next to Add:, press a platform, for example **Google**, **Facebook**, **Yelp** or **HomeStars**.
3. Type the **Name customers see**. Nova suggests the platform name.
4. Paste the **Review link**. The arrow button beside it opens the link in a new tab so you can test it.
5. With more than one branch, choose which branch the place is For, or leave it for the whole business.
6. Press **Save places**.
7. Back on the page, press **Make primary** on the place most requests should go to.

## What you see

- Each place shows its name, its link, how many requests were sent to it, a **Primary** tag on the main one and **Off** on a place you switched off.
- With two or more places on, **Which link goes out** appears: **Always send the primary link** builds up one platform; **Rotate between the links** takes turns. A line under it names where the next request goes.
- Each request carries one link only.

## If something looks different

- A red note under a place says to give it a name: the name is required before saving.
- Removing a place asks whether to remove it or **Turn off instead**. Turning it off keeps its history and count; removing it drops the count from the list.
- **Add a review link** is greyed out: your role cannot manage places. Ask your admin.
- The review rows on **Customer messages** say they need a review link: add one here, and the automatic request after a finished work order can be turned on. See [[turn-on-customer-messages]].
