In the sidebar, open **Administration**, then choose **General** under **Company**, and scroll to **Where you are online**. The page address is `/settings/org/general`.

This is the one list of the places your business exists online. Review requests send customers to the review links here, and the places you tick show up in your email footer, so there is nothing to keep in step by hand.

## Before you start

- Your admin has to give your role permission to write organization settings. Otherwise the list is read-only.
- Have the web addresses of your pages handy: the page customers visit and, where the site offers one, the link that opens the "write a review" form.

## Steps

1. Next to **Add:**, press the site you want to add, for example **Google**, **Facebook** or **Yelp**. Press **Other** for a site that is not listed. A new row appears.
2. In **Name customers see**, type what the link should be called. Nova fills in the site's name; change it if you like.
3. Paste the address of your page in **Page link**. When you paste a link into an **Other** row, Nova recognises well-known sites and switches the row to that site for you.
4. For sites that take reviews, paste the address of your review form in **Review link**. When Nova can work it out from the page link, it shows a suggestion in the box.
5. Use the **For** list to say whether this page belongs to **the whole business** or to one branch.
6. Tick **Show in email footer** on the places you want under every email your team sends.
7. Press **Save places**.

## What you see

- Each row has a small button beside its links that opens the page in a new tab, so you can test the link before you save.
- Rows with a problem are marked, and the message "Fix the places marked above, then save." appears until you correct them. A place always needs a name.
- The note at the bottom points to **Reviews**, where you choose which link review requests go to and see who has been asked.

## If something looks different

- **Save places** is greyed out: nothing has changed yet, or your role cannot change organization settings.
- **Show in email footer** is greyed out: your plan does not include the advanced email branding that adds footer links.
- Removing a place asks you to confirm because review requests and email footers stop using it. **Keep it** cancels.
- Removing or testing a place keeps you on General settings. Press **Save places** to save the updated list.
- Leaving the page with unsaved rows shows the unsaved-changes prompt. Choose to save and leave, or discard the rows.
