In the sidebar, open **Enterprise Hub**, then **Workspace**, then **Profile**. The page address is `/enterprise/profile`. You can also press **Open profile** on the **Hub Dashboard**. The page is titled **Enterprise Profile**.

## Before you start

- Anyone whose hub role can read hub settings can open the page. To save changes, your hub role needs permission to update the hub and to manage hub settings; the built-in Hub Owner and Hub Admin roles have both.
- **Currency** can only be CAD or USD, and it is locked once any organization is linked to the hub.

## Steps

1. Under **Hub identity**, change the **Hub name**, **Status**, **Currency** or **Primary timezone**.
2. Under **Branding**, type colours as hex codes (for example #0f766e) in **Primary color**, **Secondary color** and **Accent color**. They tint the hub's top bar and sidebar.
3. Still under **Branding**, fill in **Logo URL** and **Mark URL** (the web address of an image) and a **Headline** and **Tagline** if your hub's message templates use them.
4. Under **Workspace behavior**, add a **Support email** and **Support URL** for the hub's message templates to show.
5. Pick a **Hub picker mode**. It decides when the account menu inside the hub lists hubs to switch between: auto lists them only for people who belong to more than one hub, always lists them for everyone, disabled never does.
6. Under **Two-factor authentication**, answer **Who must turn on two-factor authentication?** with **No one**, **Everyone** or **Specific roles**. For specific roles, pick them under **Required roles**.
7. Under **Allowed verification methods**, leave on the ways people may confirm it is them, such as a passkey, an authenticator app or a text message.
8. Press **Save profile**. The button reads **Saved** for a moment.

## What you see

- New colours show in the top bar and sidebar once the profile is saved.
- The new name shows at the top of the sidebar and on the **Hub Dashboard**.
- Nova requires two-step verification from the people you picked, on top of any rule their own organizations set.

> **Warning:** Setting **Status** to inactive takes the hub away from everyone on the team, including you. It stops appearing in account menus and nobody can open it or link organizations to it. Nova does not ask you to confirm. Ask Nova support if you need a hub switched back on.

## If something looks different

- Every field is greyed out: your hub role can read the profile but not change it.
- **Save profile** is greyed out: the currency is not CAD or USD.
- **Currency** is greyed out with **Currency is locked while organizations are linked to this hub.** Unlink every organization first, or keep the current currency.
- Nova says **Select at least one role.** or **Select at least one verification method.**: pick at least one before saving.
- Part of your change saved and Nova showed an error: your hub role can do one of the two things the page saves (the hub's name, status, currency and timezone, or everything else) but not the other.
- **Default landing path** and **Show organization switcher in enterprise workspace menu** save, but Nova does not use them yet. Changing them has no effect.
