In the sidebar, open **Operations**, then **Online Booking**. Pick the booking page under **Managed public surfaces**, then press **Support Tools** on the left. The heading reads **Public Booking Operations**, and the page address is `/bookings/public-operations/` followed by the booking page and `diagnostics`.

Each tab on the left gets its own address, so you can bookmark or share the one you work in: `waitlist` for **Waitlist** ([[work-the-public-booking-waitlist]]), `identity` for **Identity Reviews** ([[resolve-a-public-booking-identity-review]]) and `payments` for **Payment Approvals** ([[approve-a-public-booking]]). This article covers **Support Tools**, the tab you open when customers say the booking page does not work.

## Before you start

- Your role needs permission to read the booking diagnostics. Without it **Support Tools** is greyed out.
- The buttons under **Maintenance actions** only appear for roles that can change the booking page's settings.

## Steps

1. Read the counters under **Surface diagnostics**: **Completed bookings**, **Failed interactions**, **Blocked interactions**, **Launch checks** (errors and warnings) and **Webhook failures**. Below them, **Blocked origins**, **CAPTCHA failures** and **Rate-limit hits** count visitors Nova turned away. A number that keeps climbing is where to look first.
2. Scroll to **Configuration checks**. Each card names a check, its status and, when something is wrong, what to change. Fix those in the booking page's settings: press **Open settings** at the top.
3. If the booking form is placed on your own website, read **Embed diagnostics**. **Script requests** shows whether the website is loading the form and **Origin issues** lists websites Nova refused to serve.
4. Read **Integration diagnostics** to see whether notices about new requests reached the other systems you connected, and how many failed or are still pending.
5. Read **Channel link clicks** for how often your short links and QR codes were used, and **Visitor journey** for recent visitors: when they started, how long they stayed and how many steps they took. Press a session to open its **Session timeline**.
6. To resend missed notices, fill in **Reason** for the record, then press **Replay public request webhooks**. Leave the booking box beside it empty so the action covers recent traffic on this booking page.
7. If the numbers on **Online Booking Analytics** look wrong, press **Reconcile analytics rollups** to recount recent activity, or **Rebuild analytics rollups** to recount it from scratch.

## What you see

- After each maintenance action, Nova shows a one-line summary of what it did, and the same summary with its time stays at the top right of **Maintenance actions**.
- **Tracking diagnostics** lists the tracking tags the booking page sends and flags bookings that reached a later step without the earlier ones being recorded.
- **Open analytics** opens the booking numbers for this page only; see [[read-public-booking-analytics]].

## If something looks different

- **Support Tools** is greyed out: your role cannot read booking diagnostics. Ask your admin.
- "Operational diagnostics could not be loaded." shows instead of the panels: reload the page. If it keeps happening, the booking page may have been removed.
- "You do not have permission to run public booking maintenance actions." appears: your role can read the tools but not run them.
- The page says no booking surfaces are available yet: nobody has set up online booking. See [[set-up-a-public-booking-page]].
