In the sidebar, open **Administration**, then choose **All Limits** under **Plan & Usage**. The page address is `/settings/org/limits`. Choose **All Limits** for the whole list. The other cards in the **Plan & Usage** group show the same list narrowed to one area.

## Before you start

- A feature can be missing for two reasons: your plan does not include it, or your role does not have permission for it. This page answers the first question. For the second, ask your admin about your role.
- Your role needs the organization settings permission to open these pages.

## Steps

1. Open **All Limits**, or the area the feature belongs to, such as **Messages & Calls** for texting and email or **Customer Portal** for the customer portal.
2. Press **Filters** and set **View** to **Features**. The list now shows only feature rows, each with **Enabled** or **Disabled** under **Value**.
3. To see only what is turned off, set **View** to **Disabled** instead.
4. Type the feature's name in **Search limits, policies, features, domain, or source** to narrow the list further.
5. Press the row. The panel shows **Current setting** and, when Nova has one, an **Open related area** button that takes you to the feature's own page.

## What you see

- A feature row shows **Enabled** or **Disabled**. **Disabled** means the feature is off for your whole organization, and nobody sees its pages or buttons no matter what their role allows.
- A policy row (**View** set to **Policies**) is a rule rather than an on/off switch, such as how many recipients a reminder may have. Its value shows the current setting.
- **Page details** shows **Disabled Features** as a count for the page you are on, so you can tell at a glance whether anything is off in that area.
- Under **Page details**, add-ons and special arrangements on your plan appear as badges under **Commercial provenance**.

## If something looks different

- The feature is not in the list at all: when a whole area, such as the portal or agreements, is off for your organization, Nova hides it and everything under it from these pages. Look for it under **Plan Details**, which lists every setting, including ones that are off.
- Everything you are looking for is under **Plan Details**: that page lists every setting Nova resolves for your organization, including ones that are not curated into the other pages. Set **View** to **Features** there too, and use **Search effective entitlements** to find one by name. It is the complete list, but the other pages are easier to read.
- The feature is **Enabled** here but you still cannot see it: your role is missing the permission. Ask your admin.
- You want a feature that is **Disabled**: this page cannot turn it on. Contact Nova support about your plan.
