In the sidebar, open **Accounts**, then **Account Locations**. The page address is `/account-locations`. Every address for every account is listed here; selecting one opens its details in a panel on the same page.

## Before you start

- Anyone who can view locations can open the details. Changing them needs the **Update locations** permission; archiving needs **Archive locations** and bringing one back needs **Restore locations**. Ask your admin if a control described here is missing.

## Steps

1. Find the address. Type a street, city or postal code in the search box, or press **Filters** and narrow by **Status** (**Active** or **Archived**), **Type**, **City** or **Postal**.
2. Select the row. The **Location** panel opens with the full address at the top and the account it is **Linked to** just below; **Open account** takes you to that account.
3. To change the address or type, scroll to the **Address & identity** section. Change the **Type**, or type a new address and pick it from the suggestions. Nova saves as you go and shows **Saving...** then **Saved** next to the section. If a new address would replace the old one, the **Replace address?** dialog asks you to confirm first.
4. To fix where the address sits on the map, look under the address: press **Move pin** (or **Set pin on map** when there is none yet), drag the pin to the exact spot and confirm. **Type coordinates instead** takes a latitude and longitude, and **Remove pin** clears it. A pin you place yourself, or coordinates you type, stay put when you correct the address. A pin found from the old address clears when you change the street, city, region, postal code or country; confirm the new position before relying on it.
5. To link the people who live or work there, open **Account location contacts** and pick them from the account's contacts. **Emails & phones** below it holds an email or phone number for the address itself; you usually add those on the contact instead.
6. To archive the address, press **Archive** at the top of the panel. In **Archive this location?**, add a reason if it asks for one and press **Archive location**, or press **Keep active** to back out.

## What you see

- **Service Assets** in the panel lists the customer's equipment at this address. **Track Service Asset** adds a new one here; see [[track-a-service-asset]].
- **Location Resources** holds the notes, files and portal access for this address.
- An archived address shows an **Archived** chip at the top of the panel and a **Restore** button instead of **Archive**. Restoring asks **Restore this location?** and finishes with **Restore location**.
- **Reset filters** in the filter panel clears everything you set.

## If something looks different

- **Read only** appears at the top of the panel: your role can view locations but not change them.
- **Archive** is greyed out with a note about unsaved changes: wait for **Saved** to appear, then try again.
- **Couldn't save** appears next to the section: press **Retry**. If it keeps failing, check the address fields for something missing.
- **No account locations match these filters.** means the search or filters excluded everything; press **Reset filters**.
- You want a brand-new address instead: see [[add-an-account-location]].
