In the sidebar, open **Reports**, then **Receivables**, then **A/R Summary**. The page address is `/insights/finance/accounts-receivable`. Every finance report page has the same export controls: on overview pages they sit under **Operator actions**; on the detail lists they sit in the toolbar above the table.

## Before you start

- Your admin has to give your role permission to view finance reporting and to create exports. Downloading needs the download permission too. Without these the **Export** button is greyed out or shows a permission message.
- An export uses the filters on the page at the moment you press the button. Set the date range, branch, account and currency first.

## Steps

1. Set the filters so the page shows exactly what you want in the file.
2. In the format list next to **Export**, choose **CSV** or **XLSX**. Overview pages also offer **JSON**.
3. Press **Export**. The button reads **Queueing...** for a moment, then a message confirms the export has been queued and names the run.
4. Wait a little, then refresh the page. Once the file is ready, **Download latest** appears next to **Export**.
5. Press **Download latest**. The file saves to your device.
6. To see every export you have run, or one that has not appeared yet, press **Export center**, then open the **Export jobs** tab. See [[data-export-guide]].

## What you see

- **Download latest** always fetches the newest finished export for this report, not necessarily the one you just queued. Check the date range inside the file if you have run several.
- On **A/R Detail**, **Invoice Detail** and **Payment Detail**, the export includes your search text and sort order as well as the filters.
- On the detail lists, **Print** is next to **Export** for a paper copy of what is on screen.
- If more than one currency is in scope, the export keeps each currency's totals apart.

## If something looks different

- **Export** is greyed out or says you do not have permission: ask your admin for the export permission.
- **Download latest** never appears: the export is still running, or your role cannot download. Open **Export center**, then **Export jobs**, to check.
- A message says the export could not be queued: the date range may be invalid. Fix the dates and try again.
