In the sidebar, open **Administration**. It is near the bottom of the sidebar, just under **Settings**. The page address is `/administration`.

**Administration** holds who and what runs your workspace: your company details, your team and their access, the menu your team sees, your plan, connected apps, your data and system health. How each part of Nova behaves (taxes, the Schedule, messages) is under **Settings**. See [[find-a-setting]].

## Steps

1. Type what you are looking for in **Search administration**, for example `roles`, `api` or `branches`. Press `/` anywhere on the page to jump to the search box. The cards narrow as you type, and the search also matches the one-line description on each card.
2. Press Enter to open the first match, or select any card. Press Escape to clear the search.
3. To browse instead, select an area in the row under the search box: **Company**, **Team & Access**, **Workspace**, **Plan & Usage**, **Integrations & API**, **Data** or **System**. The page scrolls down to that group.
4. Once you open a page, the administration areas stay in a list on the left so you can move between administration pages. On a phone, the list is behind the menu button at the top of the page. Select the link at the top of the list to come back to all administration pages.

## What you see

- A count of the pages you can open, beside the page title.
- One group of cards per area. Each card has an icon, the page name and one line about what it is for. Everyday pages come first in each group; specialist pages, such as **Access Checker** or **Plan Details**, come after them.
- **Company** holds **Setup Checklist**, **General**, **Branding**, **Branches**, **Contact Points** and **Address Search**.
- **Team & Access** holds **Team & Roles**, where you invite people, **Roles & Permissions**, **Security Policies**, **AI Teammates** and **AI Governance**.
- **Plan & Usage** shows what your plan includes and how much you have used.
- **System** holds **Diagnostics** and the **Audit Log**. Your admin decides who can see them.

## If something looks different

- A card you expect is missing: your role cannot open that page, or your plan does not include it. Ask an owner.
- The search says **No page matches that.**: try another word, or use the search at the top of Nova to look everywhere.
- The page says **Nothing here is available to you.**: your role has no administration pages.
- Your menu size (Simple, Standard or Everything) never hides administration pages. Only your role and your plan do.
