In the sidebar, open **Accounts**, then **All Leads**. The page addresses are `/leads` and `/customers`. Both pages are the same account list with the **Lifecycle** filter already set: All Leads shows accounts under **Leads**, All Customers shows accounts under **Active**. **All Accounts** (`/accounts`) shows everything.

## Before you start

Your role needs permission to view accounts. If the sidebar has no **Accounts** section, ask your admin.

## Steps

1. Type in the search box at the top. It matches account numbers, names, contacts, locations, email addresses and phone numbers. The list narrows as you type.
2. Press **Filters** to open more choices: **Type** (**Household**, **Company** or **Other**), **Scope**, **Lead Source**, **Created Via**, **Tag**, **Sort**, **Order** and **Rows** per page. The number on the button counts the filters you have on.
3. To open an account, select its name in the row.
4. To do something with an account without opening it, use the pencil button at the end of the row to edit it, or open the row's menu for **Work Order**, **View**, **Project**, **Task** and **Archive**. **Work Order** opens the **Schedule** with the **Create & schedule** sheet already filled in for that account; it only appears for active customers. **Project** and **Task** open the account's own Projects and Tasks tabs.
5. To add someone new, press the add button at the top. On All Leads it adds a lead and on All Customers it adds a customer, with the lifecycle already chosen. See [[create-an-account]].

## What you see

- Each row shows the account name, its number, lifecycle status, type and the number of contacts and locations. Press **Manage columns** to pick which columns show, and **Saved views** to keep a filter set you use often.
- **List** and **Map** at the top switch between the table and a map of account locations. The map appears only when your organization has maps turned on. On the map, **Account Location** chooses whether to plot **Service** addresses, **Billing** addresses or **Both**, and each pin opens a card with **Open account**.
- **No matches found.** means your search or filters excluded everything. Press **Clear filters** to start over, or **List All Accounts** to drop the lifecycle preset too.
- **No accounts yet.** means the organization has no accounts at all.

## If something looks different

- You changed **Lifecycle** to something other than the page's preset and landed on All Accounts. That is expected: All Leads and All Customers are shortcuts, and any other lifecycle choice opens the full list with that filter.
- **Archived** appears next to **List** and **Map**. Your role can restore accounts, so you can also see archived ones. See [[archive-or-restore-an-account]].
- **Map** is missing. Your organization has not turned on maps.
- The add button is greyed out with a message about the account limit. Your organization has reached its account limit; archive an account or ask your admin to raise the limit.
