In the sidebar, open **Reports**, then **Invoices**, then **Invoice Collections**. The page address is `/insights/finance/invoices/collections`. The full invoice list is **Invoice Detail** at `/insights/finance/invoices/detail`.

## Before you start

- Your admin has to give your role permission to view finance reporting. Exporting needs a separate export permission.

## Steps

1. On **Invoice Collections**, set **Invoice date (start)** and **Invoice date (end)**, and pick a **Branch** or account if you want one part of the business.
2. **Overdue filter** already reads **Overdue only**, so the list heading reads **Overdue invoices** and shows up to 12 invoices, largest overdue balance first. Switch it to **All invoices** to see everything in scope; the heading then reads **Invoices in scope**.
3. Read the **Collections snapshot** cards: **Overdue balance**, **Open balance**, **Delivery failures** and **Avg days to pay**.
4. For each invoice in the list, press the invoice number to open the invoice, or press **Account** to open the customer's billing page and send a reminder or collect a payment.
5. When you need more than the top of the list, press **Invoice detail**. There you can type in the search box (its prompt reads **Search invoice number or account**), sort by **Invoice date**, **Due date**, **Invoice amount**, **Open balance**, **Overdue balance** or **Latest delivery**, and choose **Desc** or **Asc**.
6. Press **Print** for a printable copy, **Export** to queue a file, or **Saved views** to keep the filters and sort for next time.

## What you see

- On **Invoice Collections**, each row shows the invoice number, the customer, the due date and the overdue amount.
- **Delivery failures** counts invoices that could not be delivered, with how many were opened underneath.
- On **Invoice Detail**, the columns are **Invoice**, **Effective account**, **Invoice date**, **Due date**, **Status**, **Open balance**, **Overdue** and **Delivery**. Chips under the heading repeat the date range, row count and filters in force.
- **Back to invoice performance** returns you to the overview with the same filters.
- On a phone the table becomes cards with the same figures.

## If something looks different

- **No invoices match the current collections filters.** or **No invoices match the current filters.**: nothing is overdue in the scope. Widen the dates, switch **Overdue filter** back to **All invoices** or clear an account filter.
- **Export** shows a message about permission: ask your admin for the export permission.
- The filter footer turns red with a date message: the end date is before the start date.
