In the sidebar, open **Operations**, then **Work Orders**. The page address is `/work-orders`. The list shows 20 work orders at a time and opens on **All work**.

## Steps

1. Beside **Filters**, press **View**. The button shows the view you are on and how many work orders it holds.
2. Pick a view. Each one shows how many work orders are in it right now:
   - **All work**: every work order, open or closed.
   - **Needs scheduling**: open work orders that don't have a date yet.
   - **Needs assignment**: scheduled work orders with nobody assigned.
   - **Ready to go**: scheduled and assigned, not started yet.
   - **In progress**: work orders being worked on right now.
   - **Follow-up**: work orders marked as needing a follow-up.
   - **Ready to invoice**: finished work orders that haven't been invoiced yet.
   - **Closed**: cancelled work orders and ones already invoiced.
3. To go back to everything, press the × on the view's chip under the search box, or pick **All work**.
4. To see more work orders, use **Next page** and **Previous page** at the top of the list, or the page numbers, **Previous** and **Next** under it.
5. To show more per page, change **Rows** under the list to 50 or 100.

## What you see

- The **View** button is highlighted in your workspace colour while a view other than **All work** is on, and a chip under the search box names it.
- The line at the top of the list says which work orders you are looking at, for example "Showing 21–40 of 126 work orders", and which page you are on.
- Switching views, searching or changing a filter takes you back to page 1. The page number stays in the page address, so refreshing the page or coming back from a work order keeps your place.

## If something looks different

- **View** reads **Custom filters**: you picked a status or schedule in **Filters** that doesn't match one view. Pick a view, or press **Reset filters** in **Filters**.
- **Filters** shows a number but no view chip: other filters are narrowing the list. Open **Filters** to see or clear them.
- There are no page buttons: every matching work order already fits on one page.
