In the sidebar, open **Sales & Billing**, then **Statements**, then **Statement Schedules**. The page address is `/statements/schedules`.

## Before you start

- Pausing, resuming, updating and canceling each need their own permission on your role. Ask your admin if a button is missing.
- Nova asks for a short reason when you pause, resume or cancel, and keeps it with the schedule's history. Saving an edit does not ask for one.

## Steps

1. Find the schedule in the list. Use the search box, or **Filters** to narrow by **Status**, **Cadence**, **Targeting** or **Branch**.
2. Click the row, or choose **Open schedule** from its actions menu. The schedule opens beside the list with its status and run health at the top.
3. Do one of the following:
   - To stop it for now, press **Pause**, type a reason and confirm with **Pause schedule**. Future runs stop; statements already generated stay as they are.
   - To start it again, press **Resume**, type a reason and confirm with **Resume schedule**. Runs continue from the saved cadence.
   - To change it, edit any field, then press **Save changes**. Press **Reset** to throw away edits you have not saved.
   - To end it for good, press **Cancel schedule**, type a reason and confirm with **Cancel schedule**. It never runs again, but its settings, its statements and its **Run history** stay readable.

## What you see

- The status chip at the top of the panel reads **Active**, **Paused** or **Canceled**. A second chip shows run health: healthy, attention when the last run failed, completed, or pending when it has never run.
- Closing the panel with unsaved edits asks whether to leave without saving.

## If something looks different

- The page is missing from the sidebar: the statement pages other than **Statements** only show there when your company's menu size is **Everything** (see [[choose-your-menu-size]]). Type the page address instead, or search for its name at the top of Nova.
- **Pause** or **Resume** is missing: your role lacks that permission, or the schedule is canceled. A canceled schedule cannot be resumed; create a new one instead (see [[create-a-statement-schedule]]).
- **Resume** and **Save changes** are greyed out with a message about the organization's currency: schedules can only be paused or canceled until an admin completes the currency settings.
- The last run failed and you want to see why: open **Run history** at the bottom of the panel and open the run; see [[monitor-statement-runs]].
- Statements generated but customers did not receive them: see [[review-statement-delivery-issues]].
