In the sidebar, open **Sales & Billing**, then **Print Center**. The page address is `/print-center`.

The Print Center is for customers who want paper. You queue the documents, print them all as one PDF, then confirm what actually came out of the printer and what went in the mail. Nova keeps that record with each document.

## Before you start

- Your role needs the print permission. Ask your admin if the page shows an access message.
- Queuing a document needs you to be online. Confirming a print does not.

## Steps

1. Under **Queue a document**, choose the **Document type**: **Invoice or quote**, **Payment receipt**, **Statement** or **Purchase order**.
2. Paste the document's reference into **Record reference**. It is the last part of the page address when the document is open in Nova.
3. Set **Copies** and press **Queue**. The document appears in the **Print queue** with the state pending.
4. Repeat for every document, then press **Select queueable** to tick all pending rows, or tick them one by one.
5. Press the Create bundle button; it shows how many rows are selected. The bundle appears under **Recent print batches**.
6. Press **Open & print** on the batch. Nova opens one PDF with every document in it; print it from your browser.
7. Once the pages are in your hand, press **Mark all printed**, then **Confirm all printed** in the dialog. Opening the bundle alone does not count as printed.
8. If a document goes in the post, press **Record mailed** on its row, type the **Mail provider** and any tracking reference, and press **Record mailed**.

## What you see

- The three cards at the top count documents **Ready to batch**, **Awaiting confirmation** (printed but not yet confirmed) and **Needs attention** (failed, can be retried).
- **Print queue** shows each document, its version, **Copies**, **State** and when it was queued. Batched and printed rows stay visible so you can see what already went out.
- **Recent print batches** lists each bundle with **Open & print**, **Mark all printed** and, per document, **Printed** or **Failed**.
- **Physical deliveries** tracks mailed items separately from printing.
- **Audit evidence** lists every step that was recorded.

## If something looks different

- **Queue** stays greyed out: the reference is empty, or you pasted a plain number. Copy the reference from the document's page address.
- You confirmed a print that never came out: press **Correct** on the row, explain what went wrong, and press **Correct attestation**. The document returns to the queue.
- A page jammed: press **Failed** on that document, describe it, and press **Record failure**. The row moves to **Needs attention** with **Retry** available.
- A queued document should not be printed after all: press **Cancel** on its row and give a reason.
