In the sidebar, open **Equipment & Fleet**, then **Reports**. The page address is `/assets/reports`. The heading reads **Operational Asset Reports**. It counts your assets by problem and lets you open or export each list.

## Before you start

- Your role needs permission to read asset analytics to open the page.
- Exporting needs two more permissions: export asset analytics, and export your organization's data. Without both, every export button is replaced by **Export requires asset analytics export access.**

## Steps

1. Under **Reporting Scope**, choose a **Branch**, **Class**, **Profile**, **Assignee**, **Readiness** or **Lifecycle status**. The tiles and lists follow these filters. Press **Clear filters** to remove them all.
2. Read the eight tiles: **Assets in scope**, **Blocked assets**, **Overdue programs** (overdue service plus overdue checklists), **Missing supplies**, **Expiring documents** (expired, expiring within 30 days, waiting for upload or review, or rejected), **Failed inspections**, **Profile drift** and **Unassigned assets**. The line under each breaks the number down.
3. Under **Operational Queues**, press **Open queue** on a card. The **Operational Asset Registry** opens on the matching queue with the same filters. **Overdue programs** opens the **Maintenance** queue, which also holds service due in the next seven days, and **Expiring documents** opens **Compliance**, so those lists can hold more than the tile counts.
4. Scroll to the lists, one per problem, from "Readiness Exposure" and "Blocked Dispatch" down to "Unassigned Assets". Each shows up to eight assets and how many rows it holds in total. Press an asset's name to open it, or **Open queue** for the full list.
5. To get a file, press **Export** on a list. The button reads **Queueing export...** and Nova confirms that the export run is queued in the export center. The file is a CSV of that list for your whole organization; it does not follow the filters on this page.
6. To download the file, open **Administration**, choose **Exports** under **Data**, then open **Export jobs** and wait for the run to finish. See [[data-export-guide]].

## What you see

- Under the filters, **Generated at** says when the numbers were worked out. The saved views button on **Reporting Scope** keeps a filter set for weekly review.
- **Telemetry posture**, when shown, counts assets with trackers, those needing attention, **Disconnected devices** and **Meter-driven overdue** service; **Export current state** exports the tracker list. **Telemetry posture by branch** and a "Telemetry Attention" list follow, and people not limited to certain branches also see **Source health and mapping pressure**.
- **Notifications & Heads-Up** totals the assets that need attention, with buttons to the **Notification center** and your **Notification preferences**.
- **Operational families in scope** groups the listed assets by category and kind, up to four families.
- **Move From Analytics To Action** offers **Blocked queue**, **Program queue** and **Telemetry admin**.
- The buttons at the top open the **Operational Registry**, **Field scan**, **Export Center** (a new export) and **Operational asset setup**.

## If something looks different

- A list says no rows are currently in scope: that queue is clear for your filters.
- **Export requires asset analytics export access.** shows instead of a button: ask your admin for both export permissions.
- **Operational asset setup is limited to asset admins.** or **Telemetry admin is limited to asset admins.**: those need permission to change asset classes.
- **Export Center** starts a new export; it does not show the run you just queued. Open **Export jobs** instead.
- There is no **Telemetry posture** section: your role cannot see asset telemetry, or your plan does not include it.
