In the sidebar, open **Automation**, then **Analytics**. The page address is `/lifecycle-automation/analytics`. The page heading reads **Analytics & insights**. It answers one question: are the automations doing any good?

## Before you start

- Your role needs permission to view automation analytics. Without it the page says the analytics are unavailable.
- Numbers only appear once automations have been on long enough to send something. A brand-new organization sees zeros and empty lists.

## Steps

1. Read the four cards at the top:
   - **Delivery**: messages delivered, with the number that failed underneath.
   - **Engagement**: replies, with opens underneath.
   - **Business**: invoices paid after a reminder, with the number of review requests underneath.
   - **Trust**: messages your rules blocked, with text opt-outs underneath.
2. To look at one area only, type its name in **Domain focus**, for example `work_orders` or `invoices`. The lists below narrow to that area.
3. Read **Rollups** for the trend. Each entry names a measure, its channel, its value and the day it covers, newest first.
4. Read **Learning signals** for individual outcomes: each entry names the signal, the channel, the record it came from and when it was observed.

## What you see

- **Rollups** are totals by day. They are the numbers to quote when someone asks how the reminders performed last week.
- **Learning signals** are single events: one invoice paid after a reminder, one reply, one opt-out. They explain a rollup when a number looks odd.
- A rising **Trust** number is not always bad. It means the guardrails in **Settings** are stopping messages that should not go out, such as texts during quiet hours or to someone marked do not contact.

## If something looks different

- **Domain focus** matches nothing and both lists read that nothing matches this domain focus: check the spelling. The name uses an underscore, not a space.
- **Delivery** is high but **Engagement** is zero: opens and replies only register on channels that report them back to Nova, and only after customers have had time to respond.
- Failed deliveries are climbing: check your senders. The **Email accounts** and **Phone numbers** cards on the automation **Settings** tab open them (in **Settings** they are **Email Accounts** and **Phone Lines** under **Communications**). See [[set-automation-guardrails]].
