In the sidebar, open **Operations**, then **Online Booking Analytics**. The page address is `/bookings/public-operations/analytics`.

## Before you start

Your admin has to give your role permission to read schedule analytics or public booking analytics. To download the numbers you also need permission to export data.

## Steps

1. Under **Reporting Filters**, set the window with **From** and **To**.
2. Narrow the report with **Branch**, **Offering**, **Managed surface**, **Delivery mode** (**Hosted**, **Embedded** or **API / direct**), **Source channel**, **UTM source**, **Campaign** and **Domain**. Press **Reset filters** to start again.
3. Set **Trend granularity** to **Daily**, **Weekly** or **Monthly** to change how the charts are grouped.
4. Read the counters and the tables below them.
5. To get the numbers as a file, press **Queue analytics export**, then **Open export center** to download it when it is ready.

## What you see

- Counters: **Booking volume**, **Unique visitors**, **Completion rate**, **Cancellation rate**, **No-show rate**, **Sources tracked** and **Domains tracked**.
- **Public booking funnel**: how many people viewed, started, priced and confirmed a booking, and how many of those bookings became completed work.
- **Marketing overview**: sources, campaigns, domains and the top booking surfaces, with the steps where people drop out.
- Funnel tables by branch, offering, surface, source, campaign and domain, for example **Booking funnel by branch** and **Booking funnel by campaign**.
- Performance tables: **Branch performance**, **Offering performance**, **Surface performance**, **Source performance**, **Campaign performance**, **Domain performance** and **Embed origin performance**.
- Outcome tables: **Service lock outcomes**, **Address eligibility outcomes**, **No-availability reasons**, **Payment states**, **Identity outcomes**, **Waitlist states** and **Self-management**.

**Open operations** takes you to the waitlist and approvals for the same surfaces; **Open Public Booking settings** opens the setup pages.

## If something looks different

- A table says no data is available for the current filters: widen **From** and **To**, or clear a filter. New online booking pages have no history yet.
- **Queue analytics export** is greyed out: your role cannot export data.
- An outcome table says no data is available: nothing of that kind happened in the window, for example no waitlist sign-ups or no online payments.
