In the sidebar, open **Automation**, then **By Area**, then **Accounts**. The page address is `/accounts/lifecycle`. The page heading reads **Account lifecycle hub**. It is the place to watch the automated sequences that run against your leads and customers, such as follow-up messages, without leaving the accounts area.

## Before you start

- Your admin has to give your role the **View lifecycle automation** permission. Without it the page shows **Lifecycle access is unavailable**.
- Pausing, resuming and stopping a sequence for one account needs a separate operate permission; reviewing approvals needs an approvals permission; creating automations needs a manage permission. Controls you lack are greyed out or missing.

## Steps

1. Read the four tiles at the top: **Visible automations**, **Pending approvals**, **Open enrollments** and the next due action. They tell you at a glance whether anything needs you.
2. Scroll to **Actionable enrollments**. Each row is one account currently inside an automation, with its **Status**, **Subject**, **Current step** and **Next due** date.
3. To hold a sequence for an account, press **Pause lifecycle sequence** on its row. Press **Resume** later to let it carry on.
4. To end a sequence for good, press **Suppress future actions**. The **Suppress future lifecycle actions?** dialog confirms it; the history is kept, but nothing further is sent.
5. To see why something did or did not happen, press **Why this happened** on the row (it only appears when your role can see lifecycle support details), or **Open record** to jump to the account itself.
6. To handle approvals, press **Work domain approvals** under **Quick actions**. It opens the approvals waiting in this area without leaving the page. **Review next approval** opens the next one straight away.

## What you see

- **Active automations** lists the sequences set up for accounts, each with its **Journey**, **Scope** and when it was **Updated**. **Builder**, **Runtime** and **Insights** open that automation's settings, its live activity and its results.
- **Pending approvals** lists messages or actions that a person has to sign off before Nova sends them.
- **Interventions and holds** collects blocks, holds and failed steps that still need someone's attention.
- **Recent account lifecycle activity** shows what ran lately; **Account engagement analytics** shows the results, when your role can see analytics.
- **Browse accounts** returns to the account list. **Open control plane** and **Global approval queue** go to the organization-wide automation pages, where automations for every area are managed together.

## If something looks different

- A tile shows **View only**, **Approval review gated**, **Analytics gated** or **Content access gated**: your role lacks that permission; ask your admin.
- **Create account automation** opens a builder drawer with a **Preset library** and a full **Definition** form. Building an automation is an admin task; if you only need to stop or pause one for a customer, use the row actions above instead.
- Nothing is listed under **Active automations** and the page says no account automations are visible yet: none has been created for this branch or organization, or you are looking at a different branch.
- You want the same for projects and tasks: see [[review-work-automation]].
