In the sidebar, open **Administration**. The **Plan & Usage** group has one card per area: **All Limits** at `/settings/org/limits`, then **Team & Workspace**, **Customer Records**, **Files & Storage**, **Messages & Calls**, **Jobs & Projects**, **Scheduling & Automation**, **Critical Alerts**, **Knowledge & Intake**, **Customer Portal**, **Agreements**, **Social Accounts** and **Plan Details**. Each area card shows the same list narrowed to that area. The menu on the left of every page moves between them.

## Before you start

- These pages are read-only. Nothing here changes your plan; they show you where you stand.
- Your role needs the organization settings permission to open them. If the page refuses, ask your admin.

## Steps

1. Open **All Limits** to see every limit at once, or pick the area you care about, such as **Files & Storage** for storage or **Team & Workspace** for team size.
2. Press **Page details** at the top. A panel opens with **Current plan** and when the numbers were last generated. On **All Limits** it shows four counters, **Tracked Usage**, **Near Limit**, **Reached** and **Disabled Features**, and lists **Limits areas**; press an area card to jump to that page. On an area page the counters are **Curated items**, **Tracked**, **Near / Reached** and **Disabled Features**.
3. Close the panel and read the list. Each row shows the limit under **Item** and, under **Value**, how much you have used against how much you are allowed, for example `12 / 25`. A limit Nova does not count shows just the allowance, and a limit with no ceiling shows **Unlimited**.
4. To see only what needs attention, press **Filters** and set **View** to **Near limit** or **Reached**. **Tracked usage** shows only the limits Nova counts live, and **Monthly** shows the ones that reset every month.
5. Press any row. A panel opens with **Current usage**, **Resolved limit**, **Remaining** and **Reset cadence**, plus a **Behavior** note explaining what happens when the limit is reached.
6. If the panel shows **Open related area**, press it to go straight to the part of Nova that uses that limit.

## What you see

- The **Item** and **Value** columns show by default. Use the columns button in the toolbar to add **Domain**, **Type**, **Status** and **Source**.
- More rows load as you scroll to the end of the list.
- Rows are sorted so the ones needing attention come first. Change that under **Filters** with **Sort** and **Order**.
- Type in **Search limits, policies, features, domain, or source** to find one limit by name.
- A limit whose **Status** reads **Reached** is at or over its ceiling. For most limits Nova then refuses the next one of that thing until usage drops or the plan changes; the **Behavior** note in the row's panel says exactly what happens.
- **Near limit** means it is getting close. Plan ahead before it is reached.
- **Not tracked** under **Current usage** means Nova enforces the ceiling but does not keep a running count for it.
- **Usage temporarily unavailable** means the live count could not be refreshed. Press **Refresh list** and try again; if it stays that way, **Page details** shows it under **Live data health**.

## If something looks different

- A limit you expected is missing: it belongs to a feature that is turned off for your organization, so Nova hides it. See [[check-whether-a-feature-is-included-in-your-plan]].
- An area card sends you back to **All Limits**: that area has nothing to show on your plan yet.
- **Current plan** reads Unassigned: your organization has not been placed on a plan. Ask Nova support.
- You need more room: this page cannot change your plan. Contact Nova support to change your plan or add to it.
