In the sidebar, open **Settings**, then choose **Public Pages** under **Website & Forms**. The page address is `/settings/org/public-platform`. The page title reads **Public Platform Settings**.

This page holds the defaults every public page shares: the hosted booking page, intake forms on your website, and their embedded versions. A single booking page or intake publication can override these later, but most companies only ever set them here.

## Before you start

- Your role needs permission to read public platform settings to open the page, and permission to write them to save. Without write permission the page shows a read-only banner.
- The brand name, logo and colors start from your company details. You only need to change them here if the public pages should look different from the rest of Nova.
- If you use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel, have the ids ready.

## Steps

1. Under **Shared branding defaults**, type a **Brand name** if your public pages should show something other than your company name. Leave it blank to keep the inherited name.
2. Under **Logo**, upload a logo or keep the inherited one. Use **Logo display** to pick **Use inherited default**, **Always show shared logo** or **Hide shared logo**.
3. Pick a **Primary color**, **Accent color** and **Background color**. The preview below the pickers shows a sample of how the header will look.
4. Under **Tracking destinations**, paste your ids into **Google Analytics 4**, **Google Tag Manager** and **Meta Pixel**. Leave any you do not use blank.
5. Under **Mapped external events**, press **Add mapping** if you want a Nova event (a lead submitted, a booking completed) sent to one of those destinations under a name your marketing tools expect. Pick the **Nova event**, the destination and the event name.
6. Press **Save settings** at the bottom of the page. The button stays off until something has changed.

## What you see

- **Global defaults** is the card with everything you can change. **Where these defaults apply** below it explains which public pages pick these settings up.
- **Booking marketplace and campaign links** holds switches for campaign links, marketplace listings, QR codes and short links. Leave them as they are unless you are setting those up.
- **Protected vendor snippets** only appears if your role can read them. It is for approved third-party scripts and is normally handled by whoever manages your website.
- Tracking ids load inside Nova's own public pages. If you embed a booking page or intake form inside your website, Nova does not add those tools to your site; it passes events to whatever your site already runs.

## If something looks different

- A yellow banner says you have read-only access: your role can look but not save. Ask your admin.
- **Protected vendor snippets** is missing: that section needs its own permission. Everything else on the page still works.
- A booking page or intake form is not picking up a change you made here: open that surface's own settings. It may be set to override the organization defaults. See [[set-up-a-public-booking-page]] and [[put-an-intake-form-online]].
