In the sidebar, open **Administration**, then choose **Calendar Feeds (ICS)** under **Integrations & API**. The page address is `/settings/org/integrations/ics-export-feeds`.

## Before you start

- A feed is a link that shows Nova's schedule inside another calendar app. It is read-only: nothing changed in the other app comes back to Nova.
- Your role needs permission to read ICS feeds to see the list, and to create them to make one.
- Anyone who has the link can read that schedule, so treat it like a password. Nova shows it once. The list keeps only the last four characters.
- The page follows the branch chosen in the top bar; the resources and crews offered are that branch's.

## Steps

1. Press **New export feed**. The **Create ICS export feed** drawer opens.
2. Choose the **Feed type**: **Resource** for one technician or vehicle, **Crew** for a crew, **Inventory unit** for one bookable unit, or **Combined resources and crews** to put several in one link.
3. Pick the **Target**, or for a combined feed press **Add** on every resource and crew under **Targets**; each one you pick reads **Included**.
4. Under **Token TTL (days)**, type how many days the link should keep working, leave it blank for the default, or type 0 for a link that never expires.
5. Press **Generate feed**. The dialog **Feed URL ready** shows the link.
6. Press **Copy** and paste the link into the other calendar app as a subscription (in Google Calendar, add a calendar from URL; in Outlook, subscribe from web). Press **Done**.

To stop a link working:

1. Open the row's menu and choose **Revoke feed**.
2. Confirm in **Revoke ICS export feed**. The link stops working at once. If the person needs a link again, choose **Rotate token** on the same row or make a new feed.

## What you see

- Each row shows the feed's **Type**, its **Target**, the **Feed URL** (only the ending), its **Status**, when it **Expires** and when it was last **Updated**.
- The row menu offers **Copy feed URL**, **View audit** to see who created, used or revoked it, **Rotate token** to issue a fresh link (the old link stops working the moment you do), and **Revoke feed**.
- **Filters** narrow the list by **Status** (**Active** or **Revoked**) and **Feed type**.
- Other calendar apps refresh a subscription on their own schedule, often every few hours, so a change in Nova can take a while to show there.

## If something looks different

- **Copy feed URL** is greyed out and the row reads "Rotate to reveal a new URL.": the full link is only shown when a feed is created or its token is rotated. Choose **Rotate token**; the **Feed URL ready** dialog shows the new link.
- **Generate feed** is greyed out with a reason: nothing is selected, or your role cannot create feeds.
- A feed shows **Expired**: its days ran out and the link no longer works. Choose **Rotate token** to issue a fresh link, or create a new feed.
- You want an outside calendar shown inside Nova instead: that is a calendar overlay. See [[add-a-calendar-overlay]].
