The **Choose an account** page appears right after sign-in when your username is attached to more than one account with the company. It is skipped when you signed in from a link to a page on one of your accounts; that account opens instead. Its address ends in `/select-account`. Once you are in, the menu under your name at the top right lists **Your accounts**.

## Steps

At sign-in:

1. On **Choose an account**, read the cards. Each shows the account name, your role on it, and which of its locations you can see, for example **All locations** or one location's name.
2. Select **Enter portal** on the one you want.

Once you are in:

1. Select your name at the top right.
2. Under **Your accounts**, select another account. A tick marks the one you are on. The portal reloads on that account's **Overview**.

To pick one of your locations:

1. Select the **Location** control in the top bar, or on its own row under the top bar on a phone. It reads **All locations** when nothing is chosen. It only appears when your account has more than one location.
2. Pick a location, or **All locations** to go back to all of them.

## What you see

- The top bar names the account you are looking at, with **All of your locations** or your location under it, and the button at the top right greets you by name and says who you are signed in as.
- Everything on every page belongs to the account you chose: quotes, invoices, statements, agreements, requests and saved cards.

## If something looks different

- **Your accounts** is missing from the menu: your username is attached to one account only.
- The sign-in page says no portal memberships were found, or this page says it cannot find any portal accounts: your username is not attached to any account. Select **Return to sign in** and sign in again, or ask the company to confirm your access.
- The top bar reads **Limited to one location**, or names a location or a count of locations instead of **All of your locations**: the company has given you access to only some of the account's locations.
- You opened the portal from a link to one document: switching is not available. Sign in with your username to see all of your accounts.
