Select the bell in the top bar, then select **Open notification center** (the list button at the top of the bell panel). The page is headed **Notification Center**. The page address is `/notifications`.

The bell shows your newest notifications. The notification center shows all of them, with search, filters and bulk actions, so you can work through a backlog after a day in the field.

## Steps

1. Scan the list. Unread notifications stand out, and each one names its topic and when it arrived.
2. Select a notification to open the work order, conversation or other record it is about.
3. To narrow the list, type in **Search**, or select **Unread only**. Select **Filters** to pick an **Acknowledgement**, **Severity** or **Actionability**, or a topic under **Topic filters**. **Clear all** removes them.
4. To tidy up one notification, use its **Mark read**, **Acknowledge** or **Archive** button.
5. To act on many at once, tick them (or use **Select visible**), then choose **Mark read**, **Acknowledge**, **Archive** or **Restore** under **Selection**.
6. To clear the lot, select **Mark all read** at the top of the page. With a filter on, the button marks only what the filter shows.

## What you see

- **Current workspace** shows notifications for the company you are working in. **All workspaces** shows every company you belong to in one list.
- **Active only** hides archived notifications. **Include archived** or **Archived only** brings them back; **Restore** returns one to the active list.
- **Acknowledge** records that you have seen a notification that needs it, such as an urgent alert. The notification then shows **Acknowledged**.
- **My subscriptions** lists the conversations and records you follow, why you follow them, and lets you unfollow, mute or snooze them.
- A waiting invitation to another company appears at the top under **Organization invites**. Select **Accept invite** to join, or **View in profile** to see it on your profile.

## Email updates

Email updates name the action you can take, such as “View task”, “Review agreement”, or “Open the schedule”. The link opens the related record through Nova’s usual access checks.

If Nova pauses an automatic customer message or another activity, its notice explains the problem in everyday words. “Contact Nova support” opens the contact page so support can check what happened and help resume it. Internal step names and service errors stay in the support records.

## If something looks different

- The page says you do not have permission to read notifications: ask your admin to give your role that access.
- You get too many, or not the ones you want: change what reaches you on your profile ([[choose-how-nova-notifies-you]]). The gear in the bell panel opens those settings.
- **Mark all read** is missing: your role can read notifications but not change them.
