In the sidebar, open **Settings**, then choose **Nova Payments** under **Sales & Billing**. The page address is `/settings/org/billing/payments`. The documents are on the **Business details** tab (`/settings/org/billing/payments?tab=business`), which appears once payments are launched.

## Before you start

- Your role needs permission to view Nova Payments documents. Without it the **Tax documents** section is not shown.
- The panel holds only what the card processor itself prepares. Your invoices, receipts and deposit reports are elsewhere in Nova (see "What you see").

## Steps

1. Open the **Business details** tab.
2. Under **Tax documents**, press **Tax documents**. A side panel headed **Tax documents** opens on the page; its address ends in `/secure-page/tax-documents`. Each document shows its name and tax year.
3. Select a document to open or download it. Save it where your accountant can find it.
4. Close the panel when you are done, or press the browser's Back button. The page refreshes on its own.

## What you see

- Tax forms appear only where your country requires the card processor to report your card income, and only after the year they cover has ended. Many businesses, including most Canadian ones, see an empty list, and that is normal.
- Each document is for the whole payment account, not for one branch or one customer.
- For what was deposited and the fees taken out, open **Sales & Billing**, then **Getting Paid**, then **Bank Deposits**; every deposit has a **Report** link. For totals over a period, open **Reports**, then **Bank Deposits**. See [[track-bank-deposits]] and [[review-bank-deposit-totals]].
- A copy of each customer's receipt is on the payment itself, and the invoice PDF is on the invoice.

## If something looks different

- The **Business details** tab or the **Tax documents** button is missing: your role cannot view Nova Payments documents, or payments are not launched yet. See [[set-up-nova-payments]].
- The panel says "This is taking longer than usual." or "This secure page couldn't load.": press **Try again**. If it keeps failing, close the panel, choose **Refresh status** in the **Actions** menu and open it again. See [[check-on-nova-payments-after-launch]].
- The list is empty but you expected a form: the card processor may not have issued it yet, or your business is below the reporting threshold for your country. The card processor emails the verification address when a form is ready. See [[emails-stripe-sends-about-nova-payments]].
- The business name or address on a form is wrong: press **Update business details** under **Your business** on the same tab and correct it in the secure form. The button shows only for roles that can manage both Nova Payments and bank deposits; otherwise ask an owner or admin. The processor reissues forms on its own schedule.
