In the sidebar, open **Intake**, then **Inbox**. The page address is `/intake/inbox`. Every form a customer submits through one of your intake forms lands here as a submission, whichever page or website it came from.

## Before you start

- Your role needs permission to read the intake inbox. Without it the page says it is blocked by a feature or permission.
- If your organization uses branches, the **Branch scope** card tells you whether you are seeing one branch or the whole organization. That scope applies even before you add a filter.

## Steps

1. Look at the list. The newest submission is at the top; **Sort** and **Direction** above the list change that, for example **Status changed** with **Oldest first** to find the ones that have waited longest.
2. To find one submission, type in the search box. It matches the submission number, the person who sent it, the summary, the form and the publication.
3. To narrow the list, press **Filters**. The useful ones day to day are **Workflow** (for example **Received**, **Triage**, **In review**, **Waiting on submitter**, **Qualified**, **Converted**, **Closed**), **Assignment** (**Assigned only** or **Unassigned only**), **Form**, **Assignee** and **Branch**. **Moderation** and **Security** show what Nova's spam and file checks decided.
4. Use **Date from** and **Date to** to look at a period, or **Submitter email** to find everything one person sent.
5. Click a row to open the submission. See [[update-an-intake-submission]] for what you can do there.
6. Press **Reset filters** in the filter panel when you want the full list back.

## What you see

- Each row shows the **Submission** number and summary, its **Workflow** status with moderation and security chips, the **Source** it came from, the **Form** and version, the **Assignee** (or **Unassigned**) and when it was **Received**.
- The cards at the top count the submissions in the current view, show the **Branch scope**, the **Volume quota** on your plan and the **Active view**.
- Saved views let you keep a filter set you use every day, such as unassigned submissions for your branch.

## If something looks different

- The list is empty but customers say they submitted a form: check **Moderation** for **Suspected spam** or **Confirmed spam**, and **Security** for **Quarantined** or **Blocked**, then clear the filters. Also check that the form is live; see [[publish-an-intake-form]].
- A row shows **Spam** or **Blocked** under **Workflow**: Nova held it back. Open it to review and change the moderation state if it is genuine.
- Rows for another branch are missing: your branch scope hides them. Ask your admin if you need the whole organization.
