- Find your way around the portal
Learn what each part of the customer portal does, from the Overview cards (what you owe, what needs you, recent payments) to the sidebar, the menu under your name and Help.
- Get back in when you forgot your password or username
Email yourself a link to choose a new portal password or your username, finish any second sign-in step the company requires, and what to do when the portal will not open.
- Read a company's policies and terms
Find and read the privacy policy, terms, booking and payment policies a company publishes, from the portal, its booking page or its emails, and check which version applies.
- See photos from your work order
Open the photos and videos the company shared from a work order, view them full size, and download the ones you are allowed to keep.
- Sign in to the portal
Sign in to the customer portal with the link you were emailed, your username and password, a passkey, or a one-time code when the company asks for two-step verification.
