See photos from your work order
Open the photos and videos the company shared from a work order, view them full size, and download the ones you are allowed to keep.
The company shares photos by sending you a link. It opens a page headed Work Order Media, at an address ending in /photos. A link to a single file opens a page whose address includes /files/.
Before you start
- The link may ask you to sign in first. See Sign in to the portal.
- Photos are shared per work order. There is no page that lists every photo on your account, so keep the links the company sends.
Steps
- Open the link. The top of the page shows your account name, the work order, the Location the work was done at, and how many files were shared.
- Scroll through the grid. Each card shows a preview, the file name, the date it was uploaded and its size, plus the length of a video.
- Select a photo to open a larger copy in a new tab. Videos play inside their card.
- Select Download under a photo to save it. Right-click a photo for Open image in new tab, Download original and Download xlarge (the optimized display size).
- More photos load as you scroll. Select Load more photos at the bottom if they stop.
What you see
- A card that reads View only can be looked at but not saved: the company has not allowed downloads for you.
- A card that reads Unavailable is still being checked or prepared, or did not pass the safety check. The card says which. Try again later.
- Details the company chose to show from the work order appear above the grid.
