See your agreements and download a copy

Open Agreements in the portal to see every agreement on your account, where each one stands, and download the signed PDF.

Updated in release 0.0.1 Open this page in Nova

In the portal's sidebar, open Agreements. The page address ends in /agreements.

Steps

  1. Open Agreements. The Your agreements page counts Total agreements, those Awaiting your action, those Completed and how many have Downloads ready.
  2. Find the agreement. Each card shows its title, its number, its status, what it Applies to, and its Issued, Executed and Expires dates. Chips underneath name the quote, invoice or work it belongs with.
  3. Select Open agreement to see the full record.
  4. To save a copy, select Download agreement PDF on the card or in the Document panel. For an agreement the company uploaded as a PDF, the button names the version you get, such as Download executed PDF or Download original uploaded PDF.

What you see

An open agreement has four panels:

  • Document: a preview of the agreement and the download buttons.
  • Execution details: the template it came from, the dates, any Deposit required with a Pay required deposit button, and the related records.
  • Pending signer actions: a Review and sign (or Open signing task) button when the agreement is waiting on you. See Sign an agreement.
  • Evidence & downloads: the signing record, when the company makes it available.

Select Back to agreements to return to the list.

If something looks different

  • You don’t have any agreements yet.: the company has not sent you one.
  • No download button: the company has not allowed downloads for your account, or the finished PDF is not ready yet.
  • Preview unavailable: the preview could not load, or the company has not allowed downloads for your account, in which case the panel says document download is not enabled. When a download button is shown, it still works.
