Enterprise hub
Run several organizations from one hub - linked organizations, hub team and roles, overrides and shared message templates.
- Add a person to the hub team and set their roles
Give someone who already signs in to Nova a place on the enterprise hub team, choose their hub roles, and suspend or remove them later.
- Change your enterprise hub's profile
Rename the hub, set its timezone, currency and colours, choose when the hub list shows in the account menu, and decide who on the hub team must use two-step verification.
- Check why a hub team member can or cannot do something
Pick a person on the enterprise hub team and a hub permission to see whether Nova grants it, which roles or overrides decide that, and what to change.
- Create a hub role and choose its permissions
Make your own role for the enterprise hub team, pick which hub permissions it carries, change it later, and delete it once nobody holds it.
- Give one hub team member a permission their role does not have
Allow or deny a single hub permission for one person on the enterprise hub team, on top of their hub roles, and clear the exception when it is no longer needed.
- Link or unlink an organization
Add one of your organizations to the enterprise hub so it counts on the Hub Dashboard and uses the hub's message templates, or take it back out.
- Open your enterprise hub
Switch from your organization into the enterprise hub that groups several organizations, choose which hub opens first, and read the Hub Dashboard.
- Set a message template for every organization in the hub
Write the hub's own version of an email, text or push message so every linked organization sends it, and decide whether each organization may still write its own.
