Open your enterprise hub
Switch from your organization into the enterprise hub that groups several organizations, choose which hub opens first, and read the Hub Dashboard.
Open your account menu (your name or picture at the right end of the top bar) and select Open Enterprise Hub. Nova opens the Hub Dashboard. The page address is /enterprise.
An enterprise hub is a separate workspace that sits above several Nova organizations: a head office, a franchise group, or one owner running more than one company. It has its own team, its own roles and its own message templates, and it keeps the list of organizations linked to it. Customers, work orders and invoices are not here; they stay inside each organization.
Before you start
- Nova sets up a hub for you. You cannot create one yourself.
- Someone on the hub team has to add you (Add a person to the hub team and set their roles). Every built-in hub role can open the hub.
- If your place on the hub team is suspended or inactive, or the hub itself is set to inactive, Nova does not offer the hub.
Steps
- Open your account menu. If you belong to organizations, a small Open Enterprise Hub button sits beside the Organizations heading; otherwise the menu shows an Enterprise Hub tile under Workspaces.
- Select it. If a hub is already chosen, Nova opens its Hub Dashboard. If not, it opens the Enterprise Hub Directory at
/enterprise/hubs. - In the directory, press Switch & Open Hub on the hub you want. The hub that is already open shows Open Active Hub.
- To go back to an organization, open the account menu again and pick one under Switch To Organization.
To land in the hub every time you sign in, choose Workspace Picker in the account menu (page address /workspace). On the Enterprise Hub card press Set as startup. If you belong to more than one hub, press Set default hub on the one that should open; Open now takes you there straight away.
What you see
- The sidebar shows the hub's name at the top and one section, Enterprise Hub. Under Workspace are Hub Dashboard, Profile and Organizations; under Team & Access are Team & Roles, Roles & Permissions, User Overrides, Access Checker and Message Templates. You only see the pages your hub role allows.
- The top bar and sidebar take the hub's colours.
- Three cards count Linked organizations, Active users (people on the hub team) and Roles. Select one to open that page. The counts refresh every few minutes.
- Hub profile shows the hub's name, status, timezone and currency. Open profile opens the profile page.
- Linked organizations lists up to six linked organizations with their status. Manage organizations opens the full list (Link or unlink an organization).
If something looks different
- The page heading reads Nova Enterprise Core whatever your hub is called. Your hub's own name is in the sidebar and under Hub profile.
- Active users and Roles show 0: your hub role cannot read hub reporting, so Nova does not load those numbers. They are not real counts.
- Linked organizations says you do not have permission: your hub role cannot read the organization list.
- Inside the hub, the account menu shows a Hub Picker list: you belong to more than one hub, or the hub is set to always show it. Pick a hub to switch.
- There is no hub button in your account menu: you are not on a hub team, your place on it is not active, or your plan does not include the hub.
