Find an agreement

Search the agreements list by title, number, signer or customer, filter by status and approval state, and open the agreement or jump straight to its signing progress.

In the sidebar, open Agreements, then All Agreements. The page address is /agreements. This is the list of every agreement your company has drafted, sent or signed, with its status and who still has to act.

Before you start

• Your role needs permission to view agreements. Without it the page shows an access message instead of the list.

Steps

1. Type in Search agreements by title, code, signer, subject, or owner. The list narrows as you type.
2. Press Filters to narrow by Status (Draft, Pending approval, Approved, Issued, Sent, Partially signed, Signed, Completed, Voided, Expired or Superseded), Approval State, Provider, Compliance Hold, Source Mode (authored or uploaded PDF) or Uploaded PDF Usage. Rows sets the page size. Press Reset filters to clear them.
3. Press an agreement's title, or Open agreement from its row menu, to open it.
4. For anything that is no longer a draft, choose Open signing from the row menu to jump to that agreement on the Signing page.

What you see

• Four tiles: Visible agreements, Assigned owners, Pending approvals and Unsigned required signers. The last one also says how many agreements in view carry a legal hold.
• Columns: Agreement (title and number), Lifecycle (status and approval state, plus a scheduled send date when one is set), Owner / source, Related records (the customer, quote, work order or project it is linked to), Provider and Timing. The column control on the toolbar hides or reorders them.
• Saved views on the toolbar remember a filter set, for example "Sent this month, unsigned".
• Buttons along the top go to Templates, PDF templates, Clauses, Signing, Reports and Settings. Some appear only for roles that hold the matching permission.

If something looks different

• No agreements match your current filters.: press Reset filters or widen the search.
• Open signing is missing from a row: the agreement is still a draft, or your role cannot open the Signing page.
• New agreement is missing: your role cannot create agreements. See Create an agreement.
