Read agreement reports

See how many agreements are waiting on you or on customers, how long signing takes, where agreements stall, and which templates get used, then drill into the list behind any number.

In the sidebar, open Agreements, then Reports. The page address is /agreements/reports. The heading reads Agreement Reports. It turns the agreement list into numbers: how many are waiting on you or on customers, how long signing takes, where agreements stall, and which templates get used.

Before you start

  • Your role needs permission to view agreement reports. Exporting the drilldown needs the export permission too; without it Export CSV is missing.

Steps

  1. Set the scope in the filter panel at the top: Lifecycle status, Provider, Signer auth mode, Draft method, Uploaded PDF usage, Trend granularity, Primary subject type, the Issued from and Issued to dates, the Executed from and Executed to dates, and the Trend window (days). The report reloads as you change them. Press Reset filters to start over.
  2. Read the tiles: Total agreements, Uploaded PDF agreements, Pending approvals, Pending signatures, Completion rate, Decline rate, Avg. time to execution, Uploaded PDF field completion and Uploaded PDF execution rate.
  3. Under Operational queues, press Inspect queue on Pending approvals or Pending signatures to list those agreements at the bottom of the page.
  4. Under Decline and rejection patterns, press Declined agreements or Rejected approvals; under Compliance posture, press Inspect holds for agreements under a legal hold or Inspect purge queue for those that are Purge eligible.
  5. At the bottom, Operational drilldown lists the rows for whichever slice you inspected. Change it with Choose drilldown, press Open on a row to open the agreement, or Export CSV to download the list.

What you see

  • Aging outstanding groups issued-but-unsigned agreements by how long they have waited. Execution time distribution shows how quickly signed ones came back. Lifecycle distribution and Source mix break the set down by status and by authored versus uploaded PDF.
  • Template usage trends charts created, issued, executed and declined volume over the trend window. Template usage summary and Uploaded PDF packet usage rank your most-used templates and packets.
  • Signer auth mode usage shows how signers are verifying themselves. Subject-linked coverage shows which record types (accounts, work orders, projects, quotes, invoices) the agreements hang off.
  • Agreement inventory and Execution workbench at the top jump to those pages.

If something looks different

  • A card reads No trend data in this range or No template usage: widen the dates or remove filters.
  • No agreements in this drilldown: the inspected slice is empty for the current filters.
  • The page cannot load the report: refresh; if it persists, tell your admin.
