Disconnect an app from Nova
Remove an assistant's access from your own profile, or, as an admin, disconnect any app a member has connected to the organization.
Open your user menu, choose Profile, then the Connected apps tab. The page address is /profile/connected-apps. An admin can also do this for everyone: in the sidebar, open Administration, choose API & Connected Apps under Integrations & API, then the Connected apps tab. That page address is /settings/org/integrations/api.
Steps
- Find the app in the list. Each card shows the app's name, who it works as, what it can do and when it was last used.
- Press Disconnect.
- Press Disconnect in the dialog to confirm. The app loses access to Nova right away. Anything it already did stays as it is.
What you see
- The app disappears from the list. If you want it back, start the connection again from the app; Nova asks you to allow it afresh. See Connect ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant to Nova.
- On the admin page, Disconnect on any card signs the app out for that member, and the member sees it gone from their own profile.
If something looks different
- Disconnect is missing on the admin page: your role cannot manage connected apps. You can still disconnect apps under your own profile.
- The app keeps working after you disconnected it: another member may have connected it too, which the admin page shows. Or it is an AI teammate signing in with its own secret, which you pause or retire on the Teammates tab of AI Teammates instead. See Pause or retire an AI teammate.
