Find a report

Open the Reports Center to see every report in Nova in one place, from money owed and payments to bookings, forms, agreements and equipment, and search them by name.

In the sidebar, open Reports, then Reports Center. The page address is /reports. The page heading reads Reports.

Reports live with the part of Nova they describe: agreement reports under Agreements, register reports under Sales & Billing. The Reports Center lists all of them together so you do not need to know where each one sits.

Steps

1. Type what you are looking for in Search reports, for example overdue or refunds. Press / anywhere on the page to jump to the search box. The search also matches the one-line description on each card.
2. Press Enter to open the first match, or select any card.
3. To browse, select an area in the row under the search box, such as Money, Receivables or Operations. The page scrolls down to that group.

What you see

• Money, Receivables, Invoices, Payments and Statements hold the finance reports.
• Operations holds the reports that belong to each part of the business: checklists, online booking, forms, agreements, equipment, automation and critical alerts.

If something looks different

• A report you expect is missing: your role cannot open it, or your plan does not include that part of Nova.
