Read a timesheet
What a timesheet's page shows, where its totals and approval history are, and how to get from it to the time entries behind it.
In the sidebar, open Projects & Tasks, then Time & Mileage, then Timesheets, and select a row. The page address is /work/time-sheets/ followed by the timesheet and the tab you are on. It is laid out like every record page (see Find your way around a record page), with two tabs.
A timesheet adds up one person's time entries for one pay period. To change hours, change the time entries; the timesheet follows.
What you see

- The details panel on the left:
- Timesheet details: Team member, Period, Status, Timezone, Created and Updated.
- Totals: Rounded minutes, Regular minutes, Overtime minutes and Billable minutes.
- Approval trail: when it was Submitted, Approved, Rejected and Locked, the Rejection reason, and the entry count.

If something looks different
- This timesheet does not currently contain any time entries.: nothing has been logged for this person in the period yet.
- Approvals are disabled for this timesheet policy.: your organization approves entries one at a time instead (Submit and approve time entries).
- Invalid timesheet link. or Timesheet doesn't exist.: the link is broken or the timesheet is gone. Open it again from the list.
