Nova Set the phone app tabs
Choose the tabs along the bottom of the Nova Android app for everyone in your company, and whether each person may choose their own.
In the sidebar, open Administration, then choose Mobile App under Workspace. The page address is /settings/org/mobile-app.
Steps
- Under Android navigation, pick tabs from Available tabs (use Search tabs to find one). They move to Selected tabs, which shows how many you have used out of the most the app allows. Drag a selected tab to change the order the app shows them along the bottom, or remove it from the list.
- To go back to Nova's own tabs, press Use system default.
- Turn Allow personal Android tabs on to let people change their own tabs from their profile preferences.
- Press Save settings. Press Discard changes to undo.
What you see
- Effective organization default shows the tabs everyone gets unless they chose their own.
- With no tabs selected, the page says The Android app will use the system default.
If something looks different
- The page says you have read-only access: your role cannot change mobile app settings. Ask your admin.
