Review scheduled work as a list
Use the Operations List to see every scheduled work order, task, milestone, block and time off for a day, week or custom range, spot conflicts, and open the record.
Open Schedule and choose List for your everyday schedule. For advanced route and bulk tools, open Operations Map (/schedule/map) and choose List. The controls below describe that advanced list.
Before you start
Your admin has to give your role permission to view the schedule.
Steps
- Under Range, choose Day, Week or Custom. Pick the Date, or for a custom range the Start date and End date.
- Under Consumer type, choose All types, Work Order, Task, Project milestone, Block or Time off.
- Type in Search to find an entry by title or reference.
- Tick Conflicts only to show just the entries that overlap something else for the same person or resource.
- Press a title to open the record: a work order opens the work order, a milestone opens the project. Tasks, blocks and time off are listed without a link.
- Press Map at the top right to see the same entries on a map, and List to come back.
What you see
Each row shows Start, End, Consumer (what the entry belongs to), Title, Assignment (who or what is assigned, with a colour dot per assignee), Conflicts and Status. A Conflict chip means the entry overlaps another one. A Series chip marks an entry that repeats.
Press Manage columns to add columns such as Location, Arrival Window, Assigned people, Assigned resources or Entry ID, hide the ones you do not need, and reorder them. Saved views keeps a set of filters and columns you can come back to. Refresh schedule reloads the list.
If your role can assign or edit the schedule, a Bulk actions box sits above the table; see Assign or reschedule several entries at once.
If something looks different
- The table says no schedule entries were found for this range: nothing is scheduled in that window, or Conflicts only is ticked. Widen the Range or untick it.
- The Range box shows a red message: the custom End date is before the Start date.
- Map shows a hint about resource targets: the map draws a route only when Target type is Resource and one Target is picked in the filters; otherwise it plots every filtered entry that has an address. Switch back to List to see everything.
